How long do I have to sign up for?

We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.

 

Does the facility assume any liability for the goods I store?

No

 

Do I need insurance?

You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance.

 

Do I need a reservation?

A reservation is not required, but its better if you have one. With a reservation, you'll be sure the unit you need is reserved for you, and it will save you time on move in day.

 

What are the gate hours?

Gate access is 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

 

What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

Can I get a refund?

It is a policy that our self-storage facility does not prorate rental payments for any partial months.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. You may mail your payment, deliver it in person, give us your credit card number via telephone, or through our website. (Click on the Pay Online tab)

 

When is my rental fee due?

Your rent is due on the rental date of each month. If payment is not received within 7 days of due date a late fee is assessed. If payment is not received within 15 days of due date your unit will be over locked.

 

Will I receive a monthly statement by mail?

Yes all tenants are mailed a statement befor their due date unless you opt out to have your payment automatically billed to your credit/debit card.

 

What kind of documentation do I need to provide to rent a unit?

You will need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification (e. g., drivers license, state ID or passport):

 

How much notice must be givin when I move out?

We apprecitate a 10 day notice.

 

Do you sell locks, packing and moving supplies?

No

 

Do you have outdoor storage?

No

 

Do I need to provide my own lock?

Yes, you must provide your own lock and key, so you are the only one with access to your storage unit. Only one lock is allowed per door latch, and you must keep your unit locked at all times. When you move out you must remove your lock.

 

What happens if I loose the key to my storage unit?

You hold the only key to your storage unit. However, if you should misplace it we have procedure in place to help you access your storage unit.

 

What may I store?

Flammable, explosive, or illicit materials are not allowed. Occupying the unit as living quarters is prohibited by law and is cause for immediate eviction. Storage of live animals is strickly forbidden.
